I love Sundays!

EXCEPT....

Today I had to go to a meeting and I realized that I have PTSD!

Back story~

Several months ago I went a meeting and after an hour and a half I thought the meeting was coming to a close and then the doorbell rings and in walks a super boring man with HUGE packets of information. He then went BLAH BLAH BLAH explained the packets in great detail for another hour and half. I seriously HATED struggled through that meeting. I couldn't help it. I wanted to stand up and say,

"Hey,I have ADD! Can we end this! Please"

OK, so today I went to Ward Council and as I walked in I saw that same man with the same packets! My heart started racing and I started freaking out,
SERIOUSLY. FREAKING. OUT.

I thought I was going to die.

If I had the choice, I might just choose death over listening to him for hours again! Really it was truly that bad.

But I do love Sundays,

I love remembering what matters most and

I am often reminded on Sundays.

Dear Super Boring Long Winded Man,

I am sorry I hate listening to you, I can't help it, I have ADD.

It's Raining, It's Pouring!

Just So Ya Know...

We made it to the top of

Devil's Head!!

Me, Mike, Emilee, Jarret, my niece Isabelle,

my friend Staci and her son Kyle

all made it to the top.

1.5 miles pretty much straight up

and 143 stairs to the look out.

I wanted to die.

CHAMPIONS!!!

What a blast the 4th of July was!

My little family and I had a BlAsT yesterday as we celebrated our country's birthday!

We woke up super early and went to the

RB's Ward pancake breakfast, and there we

ate, and played, and laughed.

And then we celebrated with friends and family at our house.

Dear United States of America,

I am SO SO SO grateful for you.

To live and raise my family in the

greatest country ever is amazing.

I am thankful for all of the men

and women who have served you.

I love Sundays!

It's Sunday! This weekend I have had an opportunity to reflect on some pretty amazing things. Some I'll have to share some later and some I want to share now, like.... 

Yesterday was my nephew Owen's baptism. I was tired from working all night but I was so happy to have the opportunity to go and watch him.

He was the last of four little boy cousins to get baptized this year, and I was at all of them. What a special gift for me, to get to watch four boys who I love and care about make such a good choice.

These boys very much impress me, and they make me happy, and they make me laugh, and I am glad they are part of my life.





My handsome Jarret was first. He was baptized by his dad, Mike.

Noah was next, he was baptized by his dad Jared P.

And then Thomas, he was baptized by his uncle Mike.
His beautiful mother Ronni was at his side.

And last there was Owen, who was baptized by his dad Jared B.

Dear Jarret, Noah, Thomas, and Owen,
You have made a great choice. I am
proud of you. Thank you for letting
me be part of your very special day.
Keep making me laugh, I so love it
when you make me laugh.
