For years, my mother has been known to say that blogs are nothing but perpetual Christmas cards; places where people freely boast about themselves and their families. However, in recent weeks my mother has submitted to the epidemic known as blogging. Now included in the network of bloggers, she has enlisted me, Alyson, to help her in her new blogging endeavors.
